Additions

• Added a Hanging Scroll Block, which can hold different designs from the new Design Registry! Right-clicking this block rotates through all the entries in the Design Registry, and displays it on the block!
• Added the Scroll
• Added the Calligraphy Table which can be used to write in the scrolls

Changes

• Declared a required dependency on the EverythingCore Mod, and an optional one on the EverythingKorean Mod.
• Moved the Quest Registry and handling to the Everything Core Mod
