Feature Updates

• MySQL Integration for Block Tracking:
  Added MySQL support to log player-placed blocks, ensuring alerts trigger only on suspicious activity with 99% accuracy. Without MySQL, the system falls back to a temporary in-memory cache that retains data for a short period (5 minutes).

• Alert Coordinates:
  Alerts now include exact coordinates, allowing administrators to teleport directly to the location where the alert was triggered.

• Packet-Based Alert Sounds:
  Alert sounds are now sent via packets, so only the intended recipients hear them, preventing nearby players from being disturbed.

• Spam Alert Performance:
  Optimized the handling of spam alerts to significantly reduce server load.

• Discord Webhook Overhaul:
  Reworked the Discord webhook integration for improved performance and reliability.
