Plugin Changes

• Disabled /emf next if there are no configured competitions.

API Changes

• IBait#getEconomy is now Nullable.
• Replaced RarityKey#toNamespacedKey with RarityKey#toString.
  • Fish and Rarity names don't follow the correct pattern for a Key.

Internal Changes

• Updated NBT-API to 2.15.7.
• Commands are now resent to players when the plugin is reloaded.
