Adds 7 new enchantments to make movement much more fast-paced and engaging

- Gave Double Jump -0.75 fall damage multiplier
- Gave Propellor Hat a -1 fall damage multiplier
- Made Dash require you to be holding W
- Made Strafe trigger on pressing A, S, or D while pressing shift, instead of triggering on a double tap of the respective key
- The old system felt very janky and was quite hard to use, as well as it also causing a delay when you generally want strafe to be instant so you can quickly react to things
- Gave Strafe "omni-directional sprint"
- Hold sprint and a direction key and you will be given Speed 2
