Added new GameRule 'push_players'
- default value is true (vanilla behaviour)
- if true: players can be pushed by colliding with other entities
- if false: players cannot be pushed by colliding with other entities
This gamerule can be used for example to configure if your friends can push you off a cliff when moving into you (useful in the elysium dimension)
