added the rest of the tools (pickaxes, shovels, axes, hoes,etc)

bows and tridents will come later

yes, ik the tools don't get a mining speed boost on blocks like their supposed to, but this is a beta version and I don't know what the problem is that's causing it.

everything works, including the smithing table recipe but only the iron-enhanced helmet has the water-breathing effect, will be fixed in a future version
