Added - /coin give command so you can trade between players not just in a chest shop!

Added - Barrels can now be used as Shop so you can use normal chests and barrels!

FIXED - the shop sign scanning above or below is now fixed. the sign will just scan the chest its on!

KNOWN ISSUES:

• if shop is empty another player can access the sign
• if shop chest is doubble chest another player could open it
• sneaking and breaking the sign is not possible
• the config file for the job mod will get his own folder away from the Rank Manager config folder
• i will add a /shopinfo on/off command so you can toggle off the messages when a player is buying or selling stuff to your shop
• im thinking of adding a job symbol in front of the name so everyone with a job has a little icon or smth
