Eroded World – Beta 1

First beta release of Eroded World.

This version moves the mod from alpha into beta and focuses mainly on new survival items, Death Compass improvements, Warding Lamp behavior, and updated documentation.

Eroded Gameplay Items

Added new gameplay items and blocks connected to the survival loop:

• Added Eroded Block
• Added Energy Drink
• Added Adrenaline Shot
• Added Warding Lantern / Warding Lamp logic
• Added special item behavior for Eroded World progression

Death Compass & Recovery

Improved the Death Compass and death recovery flow:

• Updated Death Compass behavior
• Improved integration with soul recovery mechanics
• Better support for finding your death location
• Continued work on recovery feedback and gameplay clarity

Darkness & Warding Lamp

Improved the Warding Lamp system:

• Reworked ErodedLampHandler
• Improved temporary light handling
• Improved cleanup behavior
• Better integration with underground darkness conditions

Internal Changes

• Cleaned up gameplay item registration and integration
• Improved client/server separation in new gameplay systems
• Continued stabilization before future beta builds

Notes

This is still a beta version. Balance and behavior may continue to change in future releases.

Server owners should review configs before updating existing worlds.
