Epic Fight - impactful 19.5.3- hotfix

Список изменений
- add frequency of screen shake
- add screen shake command
- Prevent the smaller screen shakes cover by the larger ones
- change default present of weapon categories' setting(if you wand to load the new present , delete the original common config)
