Added items to corresponding Forge item tags. This increases inter-usage between mods when applicable.

Soft Stepping functionality optimized.

Not-yet-functional Dimensional Door added. Won't cause any problems, just doesn't yet transport anything. A tooltip is included on the door to reflect its unfinished state.
