Fixed the problem with Bukkit & Spigot support
Added new sub commands: setlimit, setradius, setheightradius, particles and portals
Added a new setting in config.yml HeightRadius: 50
The plugin now creates a new config file for you when you attempt to reload it while it was deleted.
Added Folia support ✅
