This update is a minor update that addresses a couple of issues.

• Advancements have been fixed!
• Technical:
  • Many calls to System.out.println have been removed, thus cleaning up the console.
  • Removed the data\bad directory, where old data files were stored as a backup.
  • Removed some recipes from the data\enhancedcraft\recipes directory that were missed in v1.1.
  • en_us.json has been cleaned up.
