
Enhanced Biomes Music
Improves soundtrack playback in biomes, adds an Intelligent Playback System in Mountain and Cave biomes — something that was so missing in Minecraft. Check out the description to see what else the mod improves.
This mod improves Soundtrack playback in biomes by implementing the vanilla Intelligent Playback System. Specifically, this applies to the following biomes: Stony Peaks, Jagged Peaks, Frozen Peaks, Grove, Snowy Slopes, Dripstone Caves, Lush Caves, Deep Dark, and Sulfur Caves. Each of these biomes has its own delay before music playback begins. This means that upon entering these biomes, players can immediately hear the Soundtracks and enjoy the views of the Mountains and Caves along with the Soundtracks of the Mountain and Cave biomes.
Intelligent Playback System:
How it works:
When you first enter these biomes, the music will start playing with a delay of 1 to 15 seconds, depending on the biome. However, this delay does not trigger every time you enter these biomes. Here's how it works:
Upon first entering a biome, the delay triggers after 1–15 seconds.
The music ends, and the 1 to 15 second delays are temporarily blocked for a short period.
The block expires, and the 1 to 15 second delays can trigger again.
This is designed to prevent the delays from happening too frequently, and to keep the music from playing too often.

The music in this zone plays every 6 minutes
Lockouts appear only if the 1–15 second delays have actually triggered in these biomes. To explain in more detail: suppose a 5‑second delay triggers in the Dripstone Caves. Then, after the music ends — and only if the music actually played specifically because of that 5‑second delay — a 24‑minute lockout is created for other cave and mountain biomes, as well as for the Dripstone Caves themselves. If the music in the Dripstone Caves plays again 7 minutes later, this lockout will not refresh. Instead, the lockout will simply continue expiring, and now there will be only 17 minutes remaining until the lockout ends. This is for those who did not understand how the lockout works!
The music for these biomes has been changed. C418's soundtracks will play very rarely in these biomes. This is done so that the main soundtracks of these biomes play more often. The main soundtracks are !4Stand Tall, !4Wending, !4Infinite Amethyst, !2Endless, !2Eld Unknown, !2Pokopoko and other music. This will allow players to hear the soundtracks of Lena Raine and other composers in these biomes — soundtracks that have existed in Minecraft, but that players have either never heard or have heard very rarely. Visiting mountain and cave biomes will become more fun!
Now biomes have their own sound events for hill and plateau generations, with a high probability of playing the following soundtracks: !HLeft to Bloom, !HOne More Day, !HFloating Dream, and !HComforting Memories.
In biomes where Hill and Plateau sound events will play:

If the player is on hills or plateaus near mountains, a mix of hill/plateau and mountain music will play in that zone.
For versions 1.20-1.21.5, the most important and useful mod features for these versions have been added.
1. As in version 1.21.6, Music Frequency has been added to the music settings.
Music Frequency: Default - music plays every 20 minutes.
Music Frequency: Frequent - music plays every 10 minutes.
Music Frequency: Constant - music plays every 10 seconds.

2. Music continues playing when the game is paused.
3. If you turn the music off and then turn it back on, it will continue playing and will not disappear.
4. Upon entering a world, the music will always start playing within 2–5 seconds.
5. In the main menu, music plays continuously.
Soundtracks from 1.21 will also play in version 1.20.

In Creative Mode, similar to the Bedrock Edition, only C418 soundtracks will play: !1Blind Spots, !1Biome Fest, !1Haunt Muskie, !1Aria Math, !1Taswell and !1Dreiton. Music in Creative Mode plays every 3 minutes.
The mod also adds resource packs to change the music in the Main Menu from game versions 1.18, 1.19, 1.20, 1.21, 1.21.6, 26.2 but in the main menu without resource packs only C418 music will play: !9Moog City 2, !9Mutation, !9Floating Trees and !9Beginning 2. Enable these resource packs if you want to hear Main Menu music from older versions of Minecraft.

Now, when entering the Pale Garden biome, the music will no longer disappear after leaving this biome. Also, the music will not fade to 0 in the Pale Garden; instead, it will simply play much quieter than the normal volume.
Music plays every 5 minutes in Windswept Forest, Windswept Hills, Windswept Gravelly Hills, Windswept Savanna, and Cherry Grove, and every 6 minutes in Meadow, Savanna Plateau, and Flower Forest.
If the player is in the Snowy Plains or Snowy Taiga, and there is a Snowy Slopes or Grove nearby, then the music from the Snowy Slopes or Grove will play even in the Snowy Plains or Snowy Taiga at a distance of 32 blocks from the Snowy Slopes or Grove.
The Badlands biome now has a sound event for generating Mountain Badlands. In vanilla Minecraft, these Mountain Badlands don't have their own sound event. This mod adds one.

If you sail along a river, the music in the river will depend on which biome is closest to you.
Every time a player exits a portal to the Nether and Overworld, music plays after 4 minutes.
In all types of oceans and beaches, only !1 Shuniji, !1 Axolotl and !1 Dragon Fish music will be played.
Now, in Pale Garden, music will no longer immediately stop and start again after exiting Pale Garden. This issue only affects NeoForge 1.21.11-26.2. This mod fixes this issue from the NeoForge loader itself! Now, when entering Pale Garden, the music will slowly fade out.
