Enhanced Playthrough

Changelog:

• added grinder block
• added grinding recipes
• reinforced diamond gear has been deleted from the game
• added green gold gear: is the replacement of the rose gold gear
• rebalanced rose gold gear: now rose gold is made by alloying copper and gold, and belongs to the "Bronze tier"
• added new enchantments: poison touch and living touch
• The alloy furnaces now have animations when lit. This is made by the new boolean property "burning".
• Added advancements: now mod progression brings the player new advancements like vanilla minecraft.
• Rebalanced Tin and Silver ore generation: now Tin is more common in higher Y levels, meanwhile Silver is less common the higher the Y level is
• Added Sulfur to the world generation: Sulfur now generates both in the Overworld and the Nether
• Withches and creepers now have the posibility to drop Sulfur when killed.
• Gunpowder is crafteble with Charcoal and Sulfur.

Internal changes:

• created recipe builders: recipes are now automatically created via recipe provider
