• Minecraft 1.21.8 support — Fabric and NeoForge. Enhanced Movement is now available for 1.21.8, with full gameplay and performance parity: double jump with smart fall-damage protection, directional dash (double-tap WASD or a dedicated keybind), in-air dash, ledge grab, and the Sandevistan-style dash afterimages — stable per-ghost render state, dithered noise-texture trail, prism mode, and shader-pack-compatible emissive rendering.

Changed

• Native config screen — no more Cloth Config dependency. The in-game config is now a built-in vanilla options screen (via Mod Menu on Fabric, the mods-list Config button on NeoForge), backed by plain Gson storage at config/enhancedmovement.json. This drops the Cloth Config dependency, whose @OnlyIn usage on NeoForge 1.21.8 triggered a mod-loading warning gate that blocked entry. Existing config files carry over unchanged.

Notes

• Requires Java 21. The Fabric build needs Fabric API (Mod Menu optional); the NeoForge build needs no extra dependencies.
