• NeoForge dedicated servers no longer crash on startup with NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/client/gui/screens/Screen. The mods-list Config button (IConfigScreenFactory) was registered on the @Mod class with an inline screen lambda; the JVM verifies that at mod-load time on the dedicated server, which strips vanilla client classes, so the mod failed to load before its client-side guard could run. The registration is now isolated in the client class and never touched on a server.

Notes

• NeoForge-only, dedicated-server-only fix. Singleplayer, Fabric, and all gameplay (double jump, dash, ledge grab, afterimages) are unchanged from 2.2.2.
