Added an Advanced Fishing Rod

im sorry i cant find a way for transfering enchants from the normal rod to the advanced rod

The new Advanced Fishing Rod is a Renamed special Fishing Rod that comes off unenchanted but has a base luck of 2 and armor 1 making you much stronger fishing up new rare items

a new special item called Fishing Rod Upgrade it is a treasure item with a weight value of 55 making it have a rough 6.5% of getting from a treasure drop
