Enhanced Allays

This data pack makes allays teleport to the player or to their noteblock, much like how dogs and cats teleport. It also adds the option to make allays immortal.

previously:

1.21.6:

shearing an allay causes it to lose its custom name (replacing 'unname' functionality)

1.21.5:

Server owners (needs OP) may use /function tpallays:toggle_invulnerability to toggle between allowing and disallowing invulnerable allays.
Invulnerable allays are reset when disabled.
'invulnerable allays' is disabled by default
