All versions that I have uploaded to the public require Create mod, but this might change in version 0.0.5, as that will be a complete mod rewrite.
EnderSMP Economy is a mod that adds money to Minecraft, like many other mods. How is EnderSMP Economy superior? Well, it was made by the members of EnderSMP. This mod can be used to trade between players or something. You can use it to make, well, an economy! Makes sense. But, in the end, this mod was made for EnderSMP. It might be a little bit buggy, but hey, that's just a theory, a game theory, thanks for watching.
