Enderite Reborn

v0.4.2-(CREATE COMPAT): multiple items have unique recipes that work in the Create Mod, the Material Cutter (finally)  has recipes using the Obsidian Cutter tool, stair and slab versions of Kol and Ender Infused blocks have been added, Fossilwood button and pressure plate have been added. Usual bug and recipe fixes.
