Ender Teleport

Added

• Remaining Ender Pearls shown in the action bar while holding a Clock / Lodestone Compass / Recovery Compass.
• Custom name support — renamed items show Teleported to "<your name>".
• Move-to-cancel — walking/jumping/falling cancels the charge (a bass tone + message plays).
• Charge countdown sound — a note-block guitar tone once per second, rising in pitch.
• Ender Pearl teleport sound (entity.enderman.teleport) at both departure and arrival, audible to nearby players.

Changed

• Charge time increased to 3 seconds (was 2).
• One Ender Pearl is now consumed per teleport (previously only required, not used up).

Fixed

• Respawn (Clock) teleport now works on 1.21.9+ by reading the new respawn NBT compound (old SpawnX/Y/Z was removed). Added /function ender_teleport:check_spawn to verify it.
• Teleport sound now plays at the player's real position instead of world origin (0,0,0).
