Changes End portals after the dragon’s defeat, adding a special return portal and a new Outer End–like dimension.

- Change opened portal saving structure.
- Fixed saving portal offset.
- Optimized the saving offset.
- If jumped in portal to teleport to NewEnd when there isn't any portal in the save, the position is fixed at 0 55 0.
- Fixed stronghold with 12 eyes not saving to the saved End Portal.
