Changes End portals after the dragon’s defeat, adding a special return portal and a new Outer End–like dimension.

- Fix duplicate save portal when open the portal at the same position again and again.
- When you open the portal from the overworld it will pre-generate the portal in the new_end without block drop. After the first pre-generate, block will always drop.
