Extremely minor changes. No new content just cleanup.

License adjusted, code and back end clean up. Version bump and release candidate pushed.

Github will most likely be up in a couple days for issue tracking and to offer some mixins to the public.

Old versions getting archived as they are interfering with global project changes.
