HOPEFULLY fixed everything regarding Multiplayer. Realized there was a pretty big sync issue.
Added some sounds to some of the items -Nerfed the Guilded Shields crystal ability, it can no longer spam damage every second, now it has a cooldown of 1.5 seconds before dealing damage again
Fix for Multiplayer Crash around any of the Fell knights due to texture variations

Config Options

Added an option for biome weight
Added an option for changing base armor and armor toughness values for (Barrend Golem, End Seeker Prime, Unholy Knight, Lamentor, Avalon, Ashed King)
Additionally armor values are affected by universal scaling options ie: Lamented End Difficulty and Ash Wastelands Difficulty
