New Mob Enchant
- add Frozen Mob Enchant(make freeze and damage mob slowly like what powder snow work)
- add Fire Aspect Mob Enchant(make ignite damaged mob)
- both Frozen and Fire Aspect has conflict mob enchant and mob
- Frozen does not affect mobs that are sensitive to cold.
- Fire Aspect does not affect mobs that are not sensitive to cold.
System Change
- some mob enchant can control with tag system
- cursed mob enchant's red name will support tag!
