• enchantable Happy Ghast harnesses!

Added

• Soar (harnesses, Mana) - increases flight speed
• Feather Flight (harnesses, Flow) - provides slow falling whilst on and jumping from Happy Ghasts
• Equilibrium (sharp weapons, Chaos) - converts freezing enemies to burning, or burning enemies to freezing
• Overheal effect, used by Blessing of Justice

Changed

• Happy Ghast harnesses are now enchantable by popular demand
• Smiting's fire effect now works 100% of the time, on all mobs
• Chilled's freezing effect has tweaked chances (basically the same as before, just scales slightly differently between levels), and now works on all mobs

Combat Reborn Integration

• added Blessing of Justice (Shields, Might) - when blocking strength is fully exhausted, release a knockback shockwave and gain temporary golden hearts dependant on the amount of nearby attackers
