Enchantments Unbound
Remove "Too Expensive!" anvil limits, bypass level caps, and combine Mending + Infinity, all with complete customization.

- Added better styling to the level cost tooltip (red if you can't afford it, green and says you can take output if you can)
- Reworked the logic so that enchantments can be capped to lower than their vanilla values.
