fixed mod description not displaying in mod menu
fixed a possible StackOverflowError when ChainLightning would trigger to often
fixed ChainLightning targeting allied or dead entities
fixed ChainLightning hitting the entity that was hit originally
fixed a bug where XP drops from non-player kills crashing the game

changed ChainLightning to target closest entity instead of random
changed ChainLightning to max range log2(lvl) * 2 <= 20, and made the spawned particle thinner
changed Blood Thirst and Momentum Shift Attributes to apply for 10 seconds, instead of depending on the level
