Enchantment Overhaul

Enforces Venom / Fire Aspect mutual exclusivity and adds a legendary state for items that already carry both: they render with a gold name and a discreet tooltip, and cannot be repaired or re-enchanted by any means until the enchantments are stripped at a grindstone. Also localizes enchanted book names (the book word is dropped in French) and fixes a French enchanted-book tooltip crash.
