• Move config loading to later in initialization.
• Allow extra possible enchantments to be shown when enchanting a book in an enchantment table; use the scroll wheel to scroll the list if needed.

The rarity bracket color setting does not carry over from 1.1.0 to 1.2.0, although other settings do.
