TL;DR: Major compatability update for the mod to be complimentary to Iron's Spells and Ars Nouveau. 

---Fixes---

• Allowed wands and tomes with built-in effects to show the effects even when not enchanted, allowing more information to be read on what modded material wands will do what before you enchant them.
• When a tome is used to reflect projectiles, it will ignore projectiles that were fired by the user.

---Balance---

• The water effect for wands will now allow projectiles to not be impeded by water.
• Added a config option to make wands and tomes cost experience to use (user request from a while back that I never got around to.) This config is false by default.

---New Features---

• In an effort to make this mod more useful for modpacks where other, more in-depth magic mods are already present, I'm adding some perks to the wands and tomes that will apply if Iron's Spells and/or Ars Nouveau are installed. This will hopefully make them more relevant as offhand items that don't consume mana for casters from multiple mods, as the original intention of this mod was to act as a less complicated early-game or fallback toolset for players who wanted to play a spellcaster playstyle. These features can be configured off.
• If the Ars Nouveau mod is installed, holding a wand in either hand will increase your spell damage attribute, and holding a tome in either hand will increase your mana regeneration and max mana attribute. Furthermore, a Source Wand and Source Tome can be crafted that double these effects.
• If the Iron's Spells And Spellbooks mod is installed, holding a wand in either hand will increase your spell power, cooldown reduction, and cast time reduction. Holding a tome in either hand will increase your max mana, spell damage resistance, and mana regeneration. Furthermore, an Arcane Wand and Arcane Tome, as well as a Mithril Wand and Mithril Tome, can be crafted to further enhance these benefits.     * For Iron's Spells in particular, I may make a small addon mod in the future that expands the above two tiers of wand and tome to be able to be upgraded to act as spellbooks as well, and possibly more unique variants that increase the power of certain spell schools.
• Added a new copper wand and tome that have a built-in level of the lightning effect.
• Added a new Allurite wand and tome using materials from the Galosphere mod that have a built-in level of the smite effect.
• Added a new Lumiere wand and tome using materials from the Galosphere mod that have a built-in level of the lightning effect.
