Makes shields, shears, flint and steel, wolf armor, and nautilus armor enchantable in the enchantment table. Adds Protection and Thorns compatibility on shields and additional compatibility on other items.

Iron Nautilus Armor: Added a component with enchantable value of 9.
Golden Nautilus Armor: Added a component with enchantable value of 25.
Diamond Nautilus Armor: Added a component with enchantable value of 10.
Netherite Nautilus Armor: Added a component with enchantable value of 15.
Fixed datapack showing as incompatible in version 1.21.11.
Ported to version 26.1+
