Enchanted Utilities
Makes shields, shears, flint and steel, and wolf armor enchantable in the enchantment table. Adds Protection and Thorns compatibility on shields. Adds Protection, Thorns, and Unbreaking compatibility on wolf armor.

- Wolf armor is now enchantable with an enchantability value of 9.
*I tried to make elytras and nautilus armor enchantable but there's too much limitations on what I can do, for now its not yet feasible.
