blockentities now send fewer packets to synchronize themselves to clients and the packets only contain necessary information, this should greatly improve performance on servers, sorry for not doing this sooner
dials now gather their required data on the server side and send it to the client instead of sending the full blockentity to the client, this makes them much more reliable and they'll work with more machines from other mods
the text shown by dials now uses components instead of raw strings, as a player you probably don't care about this
