Replaced Netherite Alloy with Enderite. All existing Netherite Alloy items that the player had is now Enderite.

Changed the mana bar to be more pleasant to look at, and moved it to above the hotbar.

Added the End Temple and along with it a new tome, armour, and boss, called the "Ender Cultist". The boss has a chance to drop the previously mentioned armour and tome.

Fixed some bugs present in the previous version.
