Elytra Tweaks 1.1.2 "Customization Update"

This version adds customization for low strength warnings and a couple of other features. Fun fact: I didn't remove the comments in Russian when I built the update. I always leave them for myself during development. You can read them if you want. I'll remove them in the next version.

Changelog:

• Now elytra will be replaced after breakage (can be disabled like everything else)
• Added ability to customize mod warnings: !Customization Config You can customize when alerts will be shown (specify strength from 1 to 100) and what they will be. The following variables are currently available:
  • Coordinates ($cordX, $cordY, $cordZ)
  • Speed ($speed)
  • Durability ($durability)
