now requires Star Shape rockets Fixed Debug Commands.
now behind OP/ADMIN got Experimental Tag Items not being used now fixed
Changes:
Elytra Bounce now on by Default Midflight Boost Amount changed to 1.0 from 0.4 Debug Commands now off by Default Boost / Pull Cooldown ticks changed to 2 instead of 10 Also the range changed to 0-20 from 0-100
