v1.0.2-blend — MC 26.2 load fix

Fixes the datapack failing to load on Minecraft 26.2.

Lake load fix: the two minecraft:lake features (blackstone lava lake, Mirefen water pool) were missing the three config keys 26.2 now requires (can_place_feature, can_replace_with_air_or_fluid, can_replace_with_barrier), which caused a hard load failure. Now patched.
Rebuilt on the fixed base pack; vanilla-biome blend and feature ordering re-validated as acyclic/load-safe.

Same content as v1.0.1-blend otherwise — the vanilla-blended edition of Elkonian Wilderness (taiga/plains/savanna/badlands/desert and dark-forest/jungle variants woven into the gentle regions).
