Elevators (now works in mp)

The datapack has been entirely overhauled, using beet and bolt (a plugin for vscode and a toolkit for making datapacks more easily)

• signs, buttons, tripwires, pressure plates, and air will not interfere with the elevators if placed in their shafts
• instead of using a scoreboard, the elevators now use tags on players. this should be more reliable in multiplayer but is yet to be tested there. Interestingly, this is somewhat similar to how 1.0.0 worked.
  • you may want to manually remove the elevator scoreboard stuff from your world if you upgrade to this version
• despite a complete rewrite and simplification, the elevators are built in-game in the same way as before.
