Additions

• WIP ProjectE Compatibility
• New wood type: Movcadia
  • WIP, nothing is finalized and might not spawn at all

Changes

• New config system
  • Nearly everything is configurable
• Stats Changes to steel:
  • Damage +1
  • Attack Speed -0.2 (eg. 1.6 -> 1.4)
  • Armor (3,6,8,3 from 2,5,6,2)
  • Armor Toughness -1
• Spellbook changes:
  • Diarkrite and Anthektite
    • Changed Max Mana multiplier from MULTIPLY_BASE to ADDITION
  • Steel
    • Added Max Mana: 50
    • Buffed Spell slots from 7 -> 8
• Updated compatibility with Sniff's Weapons

Fixes

• Diarkrite and Anthektite blocks are now fire resistant
• SimplySwords' Compat Chakrams being spelled as charkram (item id has changed, my bad)
• Fixed Max mana from 10000% -> 200
• Fixed Alex's Caves Tag issue
