Elemental Dimensions

• New ores in some of the dimensions for elemental dust
• Elemental dust is needed for the altar. Feed the dust into the altar (right click), give it a redstone signal and you can use that to charge the wand (place in altar)
• The wand now needs to be charged before you can use it
