This is the first Stable release since 1.20.x. Thank you for the patience in getting this out!

Notable changes since 1.20.3 stable:

• We now require COFH Core installed as a dependency
• Shaft networks now operate at 250 rad/s maximums instead of 1,000 rad/s
• Ability to compile for Java 17 and LWJGL3 thanks to an effort for GTNH support

Changes since 1.21.8:

• Fix calling OpenGL code on Netty thread
• Realism Update - Part 2
• Fix minor non-null bug causing JourneyMap issue
• Fix Radial Engine eff. code, other refactors

Protip: If you are having issues with shaft networks, please add flywheels directly on the same shaft network as your generators.
