Additions

• Added MOTD on Join--If motd.txt is defined in EEssentials/text-commands/, it will display upon join.
• Added /nightvision toggle. Also supports a target parameter
• Added /broadcast, comes with modern text formatting support.

Changes

• /tpacancel now has feedback. Added lang TPA-Cancel-Self and TPA-Cancel-Target to lang.yml
• Locations.json will now be included in reloads

Fixes

• Fixed /fly {target} displaying incorrect outputs.
• Fixed the default lang.yml displaying {target} instead of {receiver} for Timeout TP Request. If you're not using a fresh install, change {target} to {receiver} in TPA-Requester-Timeout
• Fixed Null Pointer Error with /reply
• /reply now has proper feedback if the player has no one to reply to.

Notice

I have begun early implementations of a Mail system, however this is NOT ready for production. By default, it will be set to false, and solely serves as me beginning the implementation. This system is not functional in its current state.
