Just a Editable Game Title Just allows you to set a game title and icon to whatever you want, that's it

The mod can also have placeholders to get either:

• It's current version (${version})
• Your username (${username})
• Or the Current Mode (Multiplayer, Singleplayer) (${mode})

For setting a icon, icons go to your .minecraft folder under a icons folder (Icons must be .png!) then on the config you give the name to that file (without its extension)
