BIG update rahh

• reworked crunchy rocks

  • now gives a new effect: cavity
  • gives more food value

• added a new food item called "fake tooth"

  • has 4 different effects it can give for 15 seconds, with a 25% chance for each,
    • Strength 2
    • Haste 3
    • Wither 2
    • Blindness 1

• reverted haste to saturation swap change for uranium, and increased the haste level to 4.

• added brewing recipes for every custom effect

• added a new effect called "Cavity" which basically makes you take damage any time you eat a food item over time. this cannot kill you, as it wont damage you if you are below 2 hearts.

• added the food items to the vanilla "food and drinks" tab in the creative menu
