This update mainly contains minor adjustments and improvements. For more detailed information, please refer to the changelog for 0.13.0-rc and 0.13.0-rc-2.

API Changes

New APIs:
- ESApiLegacy for compatibility with renamed APIs

Improvements

The config screen now warns when changing settings that require restarting the world or game.
Tooltip text can now be overridden through lang files.
Modified restart-required settings now correctly display updated values after switching tabs or reopening the config screen.
Configs are no longer saved when no changes were made.
