Eclipsium: Positives and Negatives

CHEMICAL WAREFARE!! Slight epilepsy warning, due to blindness flashing randomly. Will make chunks of postive and negative scum spawn in plains biomes, replacing grass blocks. Three potions are made: Scatterbrain, from my original mod that got deleted Negative Lungs, drowning no matter your oxygen, may increase when running. Eclipse Sight, random levels of blindness, like blinking. All of which have custom overlays and noises.
