Cobblemon Eclipse Playback

• Added server UUID tracking - each server gets a unique identifier sent with all API requests
• Added custom sprite uploads - place fakemon PNGs in config/eclipse_playback/sprites/ and they auto-upload to the replay viewer
• Added SpriteUploadService with local tracking to avoid duplicate uploads
• Added OP notification when server name is still set to default "My Server"
• Replay viewer now falls back to custom sprites before showing substitute placeholder
