Easy Stairs - (the way it really should be)

Clearly someone forgot to teach mojang how math works, 6 planks for 4 3/4 planks, clearly this doesn't make ANY sense. This modpack makes it so that 3 of your desired materials to make 4 of your stairs, this is mathamatically, and logically correct, and it is the way it SHOULD have been from the start.
